Delivery
Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.

Out of Stock
Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.

Privacy Policy
We will NEVER give your personal information out to any third party without your expressed approval. You can always view our Privacy Policy: We are very conscious of your right to privacy regarding the information you supply to Averill's Sharper Uniforms. At Averill's Sharper Uniforms, our policy is to use the information you supplied to us only to better serve you. We are not going to sell your information to people who want to send you junk mail. We have adopted a comprehensive set of security measures to ensure that your personal, business and financial information is protected at all times. Specifically, any financial data supplied by you will be kept completely confidential in an electronic, encrypted state. In addition, any confidential data coming to us or going to our provider partners travels across the internet in an encrypted form.

   How We Do Business

Returns & Exchanges

Since we have had a very high rate of return from Production, Film, TV, Theatre, one time photo shoot companies, all merchandise purchased by these types of companies and organizations will be charged a 35% restocking fee and processing charge, NO exceptions.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery to the customer. All altered, custom, worn, washed, soiled, damaged and embroidered garments may NOT be returned or exchanged, these sales are final. All returned items must be in the original package.
      Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. When returning merchandise please include a copy of your Invoice/Packing Slip, write your name and telephone number on the slip. If more than 1 item is listed, please mark the returning item(s) and explain why you are returning the merchandise. Returned and Exchanged items may be charged up to a 20 percent restocking fee to cover shipping and warehouse handling charges.
     Credit will be issued once the items are returned. Credit will be applied to the method used in payment, may take up to 7 business days to issue credit.
      Delivery tracking/confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise to insure that it is properly received. Please return merchandise to the below mailing address.

All credits issued are valid for 90 days from date of issue.

International Shipments (Outside of the USA):

SharperUniforms.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and choose your country from the drop down menu on the checkout page. The items will then automatically transfer to the GlobalShopex cart where you will complete your order. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, SafetyPay, bank transfer, Money Gram or other local forms of payment.
