Return Policy:

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery to the customer.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and fees. All altered, custom, worn, washed, soiled, damaged and decorated garments may NOT be returned or exchanged, these sales are final. All returned items must be in the original package.

When returning merchandise please include a copy of your Invoice/Packing Slip, write your name and telephone number on the slip. If more than 1 item is listed, please mark the returning item(s) and explain why you are returning the merchandise.

Delivery tracking/confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise to insure that it is properly received.

Credit will be issued once the items are returned and are in new-like condition. Credit will be applied to the method used in payment, may take up to 14 business days to issue credit.

Restocking Fees:

Business's & Individuals

Up to a 20% re-stocking fee may be applied for all returns.

Theatrical Companies:

Since there is a very high rate of return from Production, Film, TV, Theatre, Costume companies, one time photo shoot companies, all merchandise purchased by these types of companies and organizations will be charged a 50% restocking fee and processing charge, NO exceptions.

 Delivery:

Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.

Out of Stock

Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait. Privacy Policy

International Shipments (Outside of the USA):

SharperUniforms.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and choose your country from the drop down menu on the checkout page. The items will then automatically transfer to the Global ShopeX cart where you will complete your order. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, Safety Pay, bank transfer, Money Gram or other local forms of payment.
